1. Introduction

• "Deposit" means any transfer of real-money funds into a User's Account via an approved payment method.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on yo99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the license jurisdiction applicable to your location.

6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

4. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may register only one Account on yo99. The registration of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Users are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document
• Valid date of birth
• Current residential address
• Valid and active email address
• A phone number accessible to the account holder

yo99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at registration, at any time prior to processing a withdrawal, or as required by applicable compliance obligations. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Accounts that cannot be successfully verified may be restricted from withdrawal or closed entirely.

5. Terms of Use

By using the yo99 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All funds deposited into your Account are your own and are not derived from any unlawful activity.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or extract information without prior written consent from yo99.
• You will not attempt to exploit errors, bugs, or glitches in any Game or betting market. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of technical errors may be voided.
• You will not use the platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party when using your Account.

yo99 reserves the right to monitor accounts for compliance with these Terms and to use technical and procedural controls — including transaction review, game-round auditing, and IP analysis — to detect prohibited conduct.

6. Deposits & Payments

yo99 supports a range of payment methods available through the platform cashier. These may include payment rails familiar to Pakistani users — such as bank transfers involving HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah, and mobile wallet services — as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC, ETH, and USDT.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the platform and displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• yo99 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

7. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by the platform and subject to change.

• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only real-money winnings derived from completed wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

yo99 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, refer-a-friend rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per eligible User, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus amounts carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering requirements that reach expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• yo99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. This does not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use, except in cases of fraud or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies using bonus funds, or misrepresentation during registration — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus winnings.
• All bonus figures displayed on the platform, in promotional materials, or in educational content are subject to these conditions. Illustrative examples of bonus amounts are not guaranteed offers.

9. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and gaming activity on the yo99 platform. Specific rules for individual sports, events, game types, and markets are published separately within the platform interface.

• All bets placed and confirmed on the platform are final and binding, subject to these Terms.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided, regardless of whether the platform interface displayed the market as open due to technical delay.
• yo99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to manifest error, technical fault, or clear pricing mistake. The decision of yo99 regarding such voidances is final.
• In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable market rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, or per day apply and are displayed within the relevant market or cashier interface.
• Live in-play betting markets for Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC, and other sports are subject to real-time odds and market suspension. yo99 accepts no liability for bets placed during a period of delayed data feed.

10. Responsible Gambling

yo99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling is intended to be an adult entertainment activity. It is not a method of generating income, and the platform does not present it as such.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yo99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Registration of multiple accounts (collusion, bonus farming, or identity evasion).
• Use of software designed to gain unfair advantage in any Game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law, where the User has actual knowledge of such prohibition.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing platform staff, support agents, or other users.
• Circumventing any technical or procedural restrictions applied to an Account by the platform.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the yo99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, data, and compilation of content — is the intellectual property of yo99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproduction, modification, or distribution of any platform content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software forming part of the platform.
• Framing or mirroring any portion of the platform on any other website or application.
• Commercial use of any platform content without prior written consent from yo99.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yo99's aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yo99 shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Interruption of service, technical downtime, or platform unavailability.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from a User's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

14. Suspension & Termination

yo99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring the restriction of the account.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, in accordance with any applicable dormant account policy.

Where a User Account is terminated by yo99 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, any remaining eligible real-money balance (net of any applicable charges) will be returned to the User via an approved withdrawal method following successful KYC verification.

Users may close their own Accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting the Support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and take priority over standard account closure requests.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is incorporated or licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, Users should first contact the yo99 Support team to seek informal resolution. yo99 will endeavour to address all disputes promptly and fairly. Where informal resolution is not achievable, the dispute shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution procedure specified by the platform operator.

16. Amendments to These Terms

yo99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, yo99 will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
